I'm using Expression Web 3 to create this project, and have been customizing one of their templates.  I'm really enjoying working with this software, very easy to use!

Making Movies

I have been creating  movies and teaching others as a side project and documenting what I've been doing with them at my Computer Science blog, it's at http://www.kweaver.org/cs/making-movies/

I go from free stuff using Windows Movie Maker to using Camtasia.

School website

I have created our school website at http://www.hillcresthsdallas.org.  I had several goals for the project:

  • Use a tool that I teach -- in this case Visual Basic.
  • Make it very easy to update, most of the information on the website is in flat files.
  • I used the Microsoft Small Business Kit and have been customizing it.
